15 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 15 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Good design gets attention. Great design creates understanding.

Good design gets attention. Great design creates understanding.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across education, enterprise software, nonprofits, consumer brands, and regulated industries, but the through-line has stayed pretty consistent: I’m usually helping people make sense of something that feels more complex than it should.

Most of my work starts when something is taking shape, or needs to scale. Sometimes that means building from scratch: a new product, campaign, course, or digital experience that needs to be defined clearly before it can exist in the world. Other times it’s stepping into something already in motion and helping it hold together as it grows—whether that’s a product becoming more complex, a campaign that needs consistency across channels, or a message that’s starting to carry too much at once.

Across both, what I’m usually trying to do is find the underlying structure of what’s being communicated, and design it so it actually holds in the real world. That work shows up in interface design, product launches, campaigns, and visual systems depending on context. The form changes, but the intent doesn’t.

Make it clear. Make it usable. Make it hold up at scale.
