15 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 15 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

I make complicated things simple. I make simple things interesting.

Designer and illustrator. I work across brand, campaign, illustration, and visual design, moving easily between the big idea and the hands-on work.

Practice

For the past 15 years, I’ve worked across education, enterprise software, nonprofits, consumer brands, and regulated industries. The subject matter changes, but the work has always lived somewhere between thinking and making.

I tend to come in when something is taking shape—or needs to get better. Sometimes that means building from scratch: a product, campaign, course, identity, or digital experience. Other times it means stepping into something already in motion and figuring out how to make it clearer, sharper, and more cohesive as it grows.

I’m interested in what makes something feel like itself. The choices that give an idea a point of view. The details that make a system feel considered rather than assembled. The moments when something clicks and you can’t quite imagine it any other way. After enough years doing this, I’ve learned that those things are rarely accidents. They come from paying attention, making a lot of decisions, and knowing which ones matter.

The strategy gives the work direction. Craft is what makes it believable.

Make it clear. Make it good. Make it hold up.

I care about the thinking behind the work, but I’m equally interested in the work itself: the interface that feels just right, the visual system that holds together across dozens of touchpoints, the launch that makes an idea feel tangible, the small decisions that give something its character.

That’s where a lot of my experience sits—turning ideas into things people can actually see, use, and remember. The strategy gives the work direction. Craft is what makes it believable.
