The Need To design a folding direct mail piece for members that communicates third party savings opportunities, as well as educate members and increase engagement.
When I created this Annual Report, I faced challenges like handling a lot of content, making room for a mail panel, and deciding how it should fold for users. To address these, I teamed up with copywriters to simplify and organize content, making it more enjoyable. I also figured out the best way to fold the report for easy interaction and accessibility. Considering the audiences experience, I chose a folding style that matched their expectations.
